1. General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales and purchases made through FilmFlick.shop. By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. FilmFlick reserves the right to update these terms at any time; changes are effective immediately upon posting.
2. Product Use & Customer Responsibility
The specialized cameras and lenses sold by FilmFlick are professional-grade equipment. They must be installed, maintained, and operated strictly in accordance with the Original Manufacturer’s Guidelines (Canon/Sony).
FilmFlick is not responsible for property damage, loss, injuries, or professional liabilities arising from:
Misuse or improper handling of the camera or lens.
Unauthorized modifications or repairs to the equipment.
Damage caused by exposure to conditions beyond the stated dust and weather resistance specifications.
3. Pricing, Payment, and Orders
Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, FilmFlick reserves the right to cancel or adjust the order, providing a full refund if canceled.
Payment: Payments are processed securely via authorized processors, accepting all major credit cards and PayPal Verified Payment.
Orders & Availability: Orders are confirmed upon receipt of our confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected or if a product is suddenly unavailable.
4. Shipping, Insurance, and Delivery
Shipping Region: FilmFlick currently offers shipping to the United States only.
Insurance and Tracking: All high-value camera and lens shipments are fully insured against loss or damage at no extra cost to the customer, and include end-to-end tracking.
Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates only and depend on the selected carrier (FedEx/UPS). Customers must ensure a secure receiving address for high-value ground shipments. Detailed guidelines are provided in our separate Shipping Policy.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty Coverage
Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, factory-new, and returned in its original, undamaged packaging. Opened products may be subject to a restocking fee. Full instructions are available on the Returns & Warranty page.
Warranty: All cameras and lenses carry the Original Manufacturer’s Warranty (Canon/Sony) against mechanical and electrical defects under normal use. Warranty coverage specifically excludes damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized service. Proof of purchase from FilmFlick is required for all claims.
6. Limitation of Liability
FilmFlick is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, professional lost profits or missed creative opportunities) arising from the use or inability to use our products. Customers assume full responsibility for the proper selection, use, and maintenance of their purchased professional equipment.
